It’s kind of insane how much our mood fluctuates during pregnancy and postpartum. Some of us just ride the wave, and others seek out help with therapy, journaling, mediation, medication, exercise or ANYTHING that helps us to feel ourselves again.
Cameron (@freckeledfoodie) is an open book about her mental health journey which is EXACTLY why I wanted to chat mental health in pregnancy and postpartum with her.
She was a breath of fresh air who openly chatted about meditation, therapy, medication and let me ask questions I don’t feel comfortable asking most people like “At what point do you need to go on medication?”. I hope this episode gives you the confidence to get help however that best looks for you!
