2nd Trimester Abortion with a WANTED pregnancy with
Hey Shayla Podcast | Ep: 048
Guest: Emily Richter @emilykrichter
Emily is a relentless advocate for comprehensive reproductive rights, and has testified in support of this cause to local and state government in her home state of Minnesota.
She also shares her story on @fitfoodiefinds (her day job).
Emily is a mama who has experienced a live birth (with her son, Bode), a TMFR or terminating for medical reasons (with her first baby at 20 weeks after a neural tube defect diagnosis), and 2 first trimester miscarriages -- given these various roads she's been on in motherhood, she is a strong advocate for comprehensive reproductive rights (they saved her life), and support for birthing bodies everywhere -- from prenatal care to postpartum support.
There are many strong feelings around abortion. But no matter where you stand, I wanted to share this story from a fellow Minnesotan of her 2nd trimester abortion.
