IG Highlights showing other covid + pregnant stories:

Thank you for listening to the Hey Shayla podcast!  Here, we love to learn new things and decide what works for us and our family.. We're the moms that support instead of judge and know there are many ways to do something right.  I'd love to connect on Instagram @heyshayla

Being pregnant can already be stressful, throw in a pandemic and anxiety can be at an all time high. Then you need to make decisions about the vaccine, who you feel comfortable being around and dealing with changing guidelines at hospitals... woof.
You're also told that pregnant women get more severe symptoms because of our lowered immune system and lungs that are being squashed.
SO needless to say it's something that's always in the back of your mind. Well... my family got covid  and I’m sharing my experience of being covid positive while 25 pregnancy because I was honestly terrified to get covid.

I’m sharing my experience of getting covid+ while 25 pregnancy because I was honestly terrified to get covid. I'm not saying it's not scary, I understand the severity of it. I've lost family members who were covid positive when they passed.  But most of the stories out there are all about the most traumatic and extreme cases so I wanted to share mine that was not comfortable but fairly mild.

I also asked my instagram for other women who got covid during pregnancy and shared their stories on my highlights.
Please stay safe, everyone's outcome is different but I wanted to share mine.
